We are a young FinTech company consisting of highly talented and motivated employees. To further extend our Operations team we are looking for like-minded and performance-oriented newcomers. As Client Operations Intern you will cooperate closely with several other departments at CRX Markets, be involved in the growth of a young department and assure the continuity of the CRX Marketplace. In addition to the onboarding of new clients onto the CRX Marketplace, you will contact banks, institutional investors and service providers and secure a flawless execution of the CRX Portal. Within the scope of our Multi-Investor product, you will independently perform auctions of securities and support the issuance process of the auctioned notes. As an administrator of the CRX Portal, you acquire detailed insights into our product enabling you to implement own ideas and continuously improve the product.
Your Role
Onboard new clients onto the CRX Marketplace
Execute auctions and monitor the settlement of securities
Administer and manage the financing operations on the CRX Marketplace
Provide support to our clients and be in contact with service providers
Perform reporting and data processing tasks
Conduct anti-money-laundering checks
Actively improve processes, contribute to the continuous development of our product and become a fully integrated team member
Your Profile
Student of business administration (with a minor in informatics or engineering), economics or a related field
IT affinity and interest for finance
Very good knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation or Low Code tools (e.g. UiPath or MS Power Apps) are advantageous
Ability to rapidly take on new tasks, diligent and well-organized work ethic
Excellent analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Fluent in German and English

The position is available as of January 2026 in our office at Donnersbergerbrücke in Munich. The internship shall last ideally six months.
