Your Role - Own the Client, Drive the Growth
Take ownership in identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate client relationships
Prepare, calculate, monitor, and negotiate client offers, tenders or request for proposals
Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across clients and their supply chain
Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot)
Deliver exceptional and proactive client service
Coordinate the client onboarding process in co-operation with our Client Success Team to ensure smooth program roll-out
Manage business relationships at all levels within the client organization
Work closely with Product to shape new solutions based on client needs and market feedback
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, Finance or a related field
3+ years’ in a client-facing, commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Client Success)
Savvy and convincing communication and inter-personal skills
Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with a highly professional team
Excellent organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus
